EachMonth is a financial management platform that allows you to track income and expenses, categorize transactions, set budgets, define savings goals, and analyze your spending patterns. The service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.
You must create an account to use EachMonth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.
You agree to use EachMonth only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the service.
Paid features require a valid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into EachMonth. We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
EachMonth and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EachMonth and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
EachMonth is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. In no event shall EachMonth be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of EachMonth shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
